日本手打庖丁（廚刀）

我的孩子總抱怨我家的廚刀不好用，切肉切生魚片總像是在鋸～
我看了日本的手打廚刀都貴得嚇人，基本都在一萬日元以上，我不喜歡做飯，對廚刀也不那麼認真
所以遲遲不買～
一天在網上看到綑綁在一起的四把一套的廚刀在賣，有切菜的；有切生魚片的；有切肉的～
看照片就覺得寒光凜凜！！讓人毛骨悚然！！！
這四把手工廚刀價格飆升到了7500日元後就沒有人再跟了（入札23人次），和孩子商量後買了下來～
今天到貨了！
孩子說牠回來時要買生魚片的魚肉回來，我說一定“游刃有餘”啦！
看了之後我總算理解了人們到日本旅遊時為甚麼一定要買日本手打廚刀了！
照相時好恐怖！就連平時愛湊熱鬧的藍貓“球”也不敢正面看一眼！
難道牠知道“庖丁解牛”的典故？

日本的廚刀稱為「庖丁」，是來自中國古代《莊子》養生主篇中的廚師的名字「庖丁」，
現在日語新字體作「包丁」。













































怎麼叫牠看牠都不看！？
也許牠感受得到我照相時的恐懼心理的生理電波？
